Where I've been, and where I'm going
James co-founded Trinem in 2001 and through Direct Sales, Channel & Partner Management and securing an OEM with a multi-billion dollar software vendor, grew the company to become a preferred supplier of technical services throughout EMEA.
From 2001, James oversaw and actively participated in the design and development of the Trinem products that brought significant benefit to enterprise customers in the DevOps space, currently in use by some of the largest Financial Services and Government organisations in Europe and the USA. Trinem was acquired by OpenMake Software in 2012.
James went on to incorporate another technology business, ARIA Technologies, focused on achieving customers' business objectives through innovative Business, Application, Data and Technology solutions, especially within large software engineering practices.
From July 2016, James has been applying his commercial, entrepreneurial and technical skills and experience within a private Financial Services company, Bibby Financial Services, responsible for Global IT Strategy & Innovation.
Unfortunately James, along with a large number of colleagues, was made redundant in April 2020. This has facilitated James' "King Lear Moment"; a chance for James to focus on his own personal and business goals, while taking the time for personal development, such as:

Global Head of Strategy & Innovation
Responsible for all aspects of technology strategy and innovation, from ideation to delivery, enabling the global Business (across 40 offices in 14 countries).
Technology company specialising in the design, implementation and optimisation of Enterprise DevOps, Release Automation and Software Configuration Management.
Vice President, EMEA
James was responsible for managing the OpenMake business for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Founded ADBOK.com which launched in 2009. ADBOK.com was an aggregation and cloud-based business administration website aimed at the Driving Instructor industry in the UK. ADBOK.com served both Independent Driving Instructors and Franchise Schools, from small independents to National.
ADBOK.com was essentially sold to former Directors of Red Driving School (one of the largest Driving Schools in the UK) and was re-branded and launched as DriveCompare.com.

Responsible for the decision making around the growth of the company, strategic direction, product development and service offerings. Responsible for managing all facets of the business, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Development and Services. Responsible for acquiring strategic Alliances & Partnerships and the management of all Channels of the business.
Trinem was acquired by OpenMake Software in November, 2012.
